Farm Table

Posted on January 29, 2017 at 3:48 PM Comments comments (17)

I just set up another farm table. This one measures 72" W  34" D and 30"H. It has two drawers which is good for extra storage while in the kitchen. It has 4" turned legs which seems to be what some of my clients want. That more chunky look. This piece is done in black then lightly distressed. The top is 1 1/4 inch thick with a distressed finish in Early American stain. The other table on the right is 52"W 32"D and 30"H and these legs are 3" turned. Done in black with an Early American stain on top. I hope you like them.

I just wanted to try a new style of table which is called a Saw Buck Table. I did it in black over a color called Cardboard and I lightly distressed it. The table measures 72"W 32"D and 30"H. To set it off I made Saw Buck Benches to match. The benches measure 48"W 14"D and 19"H. You can also put chairs at this table if you do not like the benches so it can do double duty as well. I hope you like it. This can be seen at Rocky Ridge.

This is a nice farm table that I just made and set it up over at Rocky Ridge. It has two drawers and has tapered shaker legs. The top is done with a distressed look and the stain is in Early American. The measurement is 32"D  72"L and 30"H. This would be a great table for that primitive look in your home.

Just wanted to show the three tables I recently delivered to Keystone Country Barn. The Farm table at the top has two drawers, turned legs and is done in black with a stained top. The Trestle table has a distressed top on it which really makes the piece unique. Both of these two pieces measure 5' in Length 34" Deep and 30" in High.

The Console Table at the bottom is all stained in Early American and this piece measures 60" W  11"D and 30"H.

This a black farm table that I recently made. It measures 72"L 34"D and 30"H. This table has two long drawers which you can put a lot of things in that are handy while you are at the table. This particular table has 4" turned legs which a lot of clients have said they really like. The top is done in a heavy distressed look to give it that old worn look. This piece can be seen at Rocky Ridge Collectables. Be sure to go and check it out.

Hi everyone,  I just finished up a pedestal table. This one measures 48"Round. It is set up with a 24 inch leaf which makes the table 48" D 72"L. It has a 10" diameter pedestal column with 4 carved claw feet. It is painted black underneath and the top coat is called cream in my coffee. The top is solid oak done in Early American Stain. This piece can be seen at Rocky Ridge Collectables.

I just finished another farm table for a client. This one is 72" L 30"H  36"D. This one has 5" chunky legs that was requested by the client. The table has 2 drawers with cup pulls which always sets off the piece. The top is 1.5 inches thick made out of oak. The bench is 50"L  14"D and 18"H. The style of these chairs are called Bridgeport. The chairs and bench with the table compliment it altogether. It is done in cream in my coffee over black. It is lightly distressed. I think this table gives that real farmhouse feel. The client was well pleased.

I recently built a new farm table and this one measures 36"W  72"L and 30" H. It has 2 drawers with cup pulls which is very popular these days. It also has the chunky legs which is 4" square at the top. The chairs are a cafe style and the bench is 48"L  14"D and 18"H with a bottom shelf which is more convenient. The top of the bench is distressed. The whole set is done in a color which is very popular called cream in my coffee over black. If you are interested in having a table built with a certain style leg or added feature just email me a good picture and I will try to accomplish and build the picture you send me. I can also finish chairs in the color you pick for the table. This item has just recently sold but I can build another if interested.

I had a client bring this top to me which was a 9 foot butchering top but it had no base. So I built the client a shaker style farm table frame. The legs are 3.5" tapered. The client is going to finish the table themselves. This will be a great piece for a primitive lover. The top has the original knife marks on it and only 3 planks wide for what this piece was used for at one time. The client is totally happy with this piece.
